What I've Been Wearing Lately - NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint + BECCA Backlight - It's All About That Base! - Makeup and Beauty Blog
Been getting a lot of questions well-nigh the foundation I've been wearing (isn't that always nice?). I wish I could say, "Oh, it's the latest thing! Honey, this is gonna change your life!"
Just it'south non revolutionary. The products have been out a while. It was a sometime favorite philharmonic of mine most a year agone, and I've gotten back into it. I mix NARS Velvet Matte Peel Tint with BECCA Backlight Primer, nearly 75% NARS, 25% BECCA.
I put them on the dorsum of my hand first, mix with my finger, utilize, then alloy with a moisture beautyblender.
Oh, boy, mystical stuff happens when these two gather — velvety NARS Skin Tint and peach-alescent (yes, I'k inventing that word), pearly BECCA Backlight. They turn into THE About natural-looking, medium-coverage foundation.
Where do I start? Information technology blurs pores and makes your skin await smoother, and it feels and looks fresh and calorie-free.

The NARS shade I wear is St. Moritz (a.k.a. "my wintertime color"), but as I go more sun, I'll add a few drops of Cuba, because I'm overly complicated like that. 🙂
Really, though, if you aren't turned off by the thought of getting 2 shades of the aforementioned foundation for your skin in unlike seasons, I highly recommend information technology.
I've never tried this philharmonic with BECCA First Low-cal, which is their new royal version of Backlight. Commencement Low-cal doesn't really do anything for my peel tone, merely lots of ladies honey information technology. Information technology'southward worth a endeavor.
If you live near a Sephora that carries BECCA and NARS, maybe you can take this philharmonic for a spin if yous ask an acquaintance for samples, and yous never know, they might even hook y'all up with other samples, as well! 🙂 I've had that happen, and information technology always makes my 24-hour interval.
